Your inner power – Three ways to know the true self

Your life is a spiritual journey to know the true self. To live perfectly, you must discover who you really are. You must get back in touch with your inner power. First, ask yourself these two questions. How strong is your desire? How willing are you to take action? You have great power for the good of the world. But you will want to discover your true self and restore your inner power. You must have a desire and you must take action.

Accept that you are more than your body.
Modern science shows that energy is present everywhere all the time. Energy connects each one of us and all living things. You are part of the infinite energy that fills the universe. This source of Energy runs through you. You are a magnet that connects energy and energy projects. All your thoughts vibrate and contract. You are energetic physical being with informal roots.

The great sacred traditions teach this universal wisdom. You are limited by yourselves and unlimited divine self, the source of all symptoms. You cannot know your divine self with intelligence and reasoning. But you can get direct experience of knowing.

Pay attention to your spirit and raise your spiritual energy.
Yogis have used breaths for millennia to calm the mind and emotions. The process can be simple. Sit comfortably in a quiet bed. Focus on the breath for 10 minutes or more. Breathe in a long, slow, effortless way. Relax in every breath from you. You have to come up with a clear, focused mind and a peaceful center.

The relationship between spirit, life, and divine appears in both Eastern and Western spiritual texts. Breathing connects you to the essence of your world. For this reason, facial awareness is important in meditation training. With every spirit you draw in a source of energy that creates home. You raise your mental energy. You increase your energy and well-being. Awareness of your breath is a powerful key to coordinating your energy source, your divine self, and who you really are.

Spend a quiet time alone and discover the true self.
You live in an action-oriented world. You are busy from morning to night. But so much about activities takes its charge. You lose your peaceful center. You forget who you really are.

You are here on earth to know you as a divine being and live with this consciousness. Accept where you are now. By getting rid of emotional turmoil and raising mental energy. Introduce meditation as a way of life. It restores the body, calms the mind and strengthens the spirit.

Meditation develops awareness of the true self. It is a way of knowing your deepest thoughts and feelings. You may prefer to walk alone or meditate. A walk in nature puts you in touch with the rhythm of the earth. You find a connection to something bigger than yourself. There is no way to practice meditation. What matters is that you set aside time each day to align your divine self.

Sometimes life feels like a treadmill. With meditation you step off the lifespan of life and connect with the true self. Your focus cleans. You get clarity about purpose and purpose. You harmonize with your inner power. You return the world refreshed and ready to share your gifts. You live with a sense of purpose and purpose for your existence.
