"Time is more valuable than money. You can get more than you can't get more time." -Jim Rohn
We are all given 24 hours a day, 365 a year, 7 days a week and 1,440 minutes a day. No one is surprised – not even prominent people in our community, or our dear loved ones, or even us. Everyone is obliged to spend their time wisely. It is a godly gift that we should treasure most, and as one of the words says "Time lost never could be recovered" shows that when time is up, it will be forever so that we have to spend a second or every time which it is worth.
A timetable, set of principles, practices, talents, and tools, should be made for us to succeed, which is important and useful to us. Time management combines a lot of talents that we have to learn, such as goals, planning, priorities, and timing. The goal will also help us get a clear idea of what will happen to us in the next few years and where we will go. We can set boundaries for different areas of our lives, such as academia, relationships, spiritual and entertainment. We should keep in mind that every time is precious so we should know how to treasure every moment and prepare for our future. Of course, we don't want to regret in the end so we should plan things. Sometimes, when we hear of goals, we usually think of our graduation soon, our future work, our marriage or family life. We might also consider short-term goals such as departure or paperwork for the deadline and etc. Therefore, we sometimes think that time goes so easily because we might be rushing to do certain things we haven't done during the wasting time.
We also think that time is so slow because we are so upset or tired of waiting for the graduation day because of our plans to do business outside the town or work in famous companies to earn money.
How do average people spend their time wisely and have a healthy lifestyle at the same time? One of the best ways is to identify and manage time switches.
Let us admit it. People spend too much time watching TV or movies. Television viewing is a very convenient way to relax, but while it is soothing, it can also be used to set others apart from the real world at times. People, especially teenagers who spend an average of twenty-three hours a week understanding just six days of productive time, should learn to set television viewing restrictions like an hour a day and longer on weekends. We should know how to sort out the TV shows we watch. In view of setting the deadline for watching movies, whether it's our favorite ones, it will be helpful for us to finish our work or work early.
The internet has also made too much attention for a lot of people. On this day and age, we are already obliged to do our personal activities or business through social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and others they usually destroy our daily lives. Teenagers seem to be more dependent on watching TV or hanging out with friends because it is an easy way to connect with people from different parts of the world. Therefore, it is distinguished as a "new company" form because you interact with others through chat, sharing or liking their posts or videos, which is friendly to strangers, sharing facts or knowledge about topics, knowing helpful tips, play online games, and etc.
We should know how to minimize surfing and participate in life. Instead of chatting with friends online, let us spend more time with family, real friends, or other people we can help with our advice. Give you at least 20 to 30 minutes of research online and then stop and do something else that matters, such as chores, running for lectures, and more. Video and video games are a major distractor of learning especially in children. They will not teach you valuable information but instead they will lead you to violence.
You can play these games as a reward for achieving something good like homework, projects, chores and etc. for at least 30 minutes or longer than an hour.
The phone and mobile phone also destroy time management if you do not know how to use them correctly. If we know how to limit text messages or talk on the phone for up to 15 minutes, we could save a lot of time for our real life loved ones. Texting could also waste stress so it would be much better to spend time with our textwriters if we couldn't say everything in a text message. It will be much better if you meet him / her personally so you can improve the relationship with each other at the same time.
When we go to and from school, we know that work processes and traffic can also take a lot of our valuable time. Why not use this to relax our minds or plan our day, or, if possible, review our comments as a preparation for a busy day at school. Time will be properly controlled if we know how to be independent and do our own things. As a student, we are obliged to accomplish our tasks that we sometimes encounter stressed or tired. Why should we not learn to balance our lives by doing things that keep us healthy?
Morning asks more than the other because they can manage their time well from the beginning of the day. You should also learn to be independent to be good time managers because you have the freedom to set up your program daily, such as deciding on your bed and your closet, doing the laundry, cooking your food, shopping, learning and hanging out. – out with family or friends. You should also have time for sports or other relaxation such as exercising, going to the gym or spending your time somewhere else. You should make sure that the program you have done will cover all the activities you should do for others and yourself.
Good time manager knows it's time for everything. They know that each activity is important to them and they never spend a single moment because each minute of it should be remarkable. Every time they should be successful. Every step we take should come to another place. Furthermore, if we have done wrong to another person or man, let us not waste our time by saying "forgive" or let us show our love and affection to the people we love as soon as possible because we do not know future. God Himself knows everything. God gives us time and he will be the one who takes it from us.
