7 negative emotions that can ruin your life

There are seven destructive emotions. If they are so destructive why you want to read about it. That's because you need to know them first and how they affect your life, so you can eliminate them. These feelings are: Fear, jealousy, revenge, greed, persecution, and anger.

Before you read further, take a moment and evaluate your attitude with regard to each of these feelings 1-10. Have brief descriptions.

1. Fear

Fear is a very powerful negative state of mind. Two causes of fear are questionable and worrying. It is interesting how fast your fear can grow in your mind. It causes anxiety. People with anxiety usually need to provide physiotherapists with prescribing drugs. The only way to get rid of fear is to face it. Tell yourself, "I will not let fears dominate my life." Repeat this phrase over and over again. Your attitude is also an important factor. You see, beliefs are composed of thoughts, feelings, and actions. If you have a positive attitude, you will celebrate any fear.

Envy has destroyed more relationships, jobs and opportunities than anything else. Psychology experts refer jealousy as being afraid of losing something that you do not have. Jealous people are not happy. We all get jealous sometimes. We eliminate these feelings by analyzing the cause of the problem. Ask yourself why are you jealous. I bet you won't find a good answer. You will see how silly it is. Change this with your order and love.

3. Hat

Chief is ignorance. This is one of the destructive emotions one can take part in. How often do you start the phrase with the words I hate? How often do you hear others use these words? When your discussions get a sense of hatred, you see something terrible happening to someone else. When you're putting that negative vibration out, in fact, something bad is actually happening to you. What you put out brings you back. Basis of attraction rules. Every time you want to say I hate, quit and start saying I love. Repeat this time and again so that you will change your thinking from negative to positive. Love little more, hate a little less.

4. Revenge

It is a beautiful law that is not resistance. It's about to leave. I think we as human beings need to learn this law, because revenge is such an absurd idea. Don't get out of anyone. If you send bad things, try not to get along with them. Just duck and release it. Don't play the same game as the people who want bad for you. Doing so will hurt you. When someone does something bad, keep a picture of those who enjoy the best. This may be strange to you, but trust me, that's the best thing you can do.

5. Greed

The cause of greed is insecurity and lack of understanding of who we are. Greedy people are insecure, so they try to keep everything in order. They are afraid of losing everything. You will never get abundant in your life if you are greedy. Natural distribution laws are when you get something, send it back. Don't try to keep everything to yourself. You will necessarily lose everything. Share with people, you will be happier.

6. Abomination

You probably inherited this feeling from your parents and grandparents. We must get rid of all those silly thoughts of superstition, like not letting the black cat walk in front of you or walk under the stairs and so on. If you've got these thoughts, you've got them in many areas of your life. Abomination controls you. Every time the superstition appears, say, "I'm in control, no more will I be superstition." You have to get rid of it.

7. Anger

Anger is something we usually farm until it builds up and we explode. Not literally. If we add anger, it will be depressed. Here's a little exercise. If you're angry, write it and burn it. Don't suppress it. Always try to have a quiet mind. Don't let outside or other people cause you to get angry. This is real self-control. Don't let other people control you. You need to control yourself.

Negative emotions do a lot of damage. They cause the body to run down. They cause disease and they send people away. It's just not good for you.
