It is our lifestyle including social media, smart phones and fast food that made us weak so even when it comes to losing 10 lbs of fat or running the start with weak individuals and not accumulating or utilizing enough energy to push us a long trip ahead.

Eat healthy

"When health is, it is rich" and we should all follow this same idea. If you are not healthy, you cannot expect to give a healthy workforce. Switch to small meals such as chicken breast, green leafy vegetables or lentils. Also avoid alcohol, sugar drinks and beverages containing aspartame and drink plenty of water.

2. How will I do that? Make it a habit to take a 1-minute walk after every hour while in the office, start taking the stairs or go to work early for 20 minutes instead of taking a cabin.

The human body is not designed to work 24/7, but most of us tend to stretch the limit by working 18-20 hours a day. Do practices, what are you talking about? Yes, this will be the early move I have expected but trust me that it will help you in so many ways to balance your work life as you wanted. Like eating our teeth, taking a bath and making lunch, etc. Are our practices. Similarly, we need to make our daily practices routine, for example, assessing the performance of the day, writing one blog a day, and adding one new activity to the weekly or monthly program.

It's like when you create your brain every day then it will automatically become a habit, because you will find everything in your life that is falling into place where it should be. If you are ready, first explain what part of your life needs more willpower and write it down in your journal.
