When it comes to change, most people tend to regard it as one leap from point A to point B. They take a state of trouble in their lives and decide they will get out of it in one great leap and take life at a completely different level. It's all that is quite easy at that point.
What they don't think is the URL. While, first of all, the destination looks completely in, when the actual journey begins, they begin to introduce various obstacles along the way. This could be in the form of small failures, boredom, laziness, obsession, or a general incitement. Soon they begin to lose interest and return to the life they have always known or they start looking for new tools, interesting solutions … etc.
So basically some just give up and some others go through life and look for a magical table that changes their whole life. What people do not realize is that such pills do not exist – at least in real life.
The change is all about moving one inch at a time, always making changes to speed and constantly checking if we are actually going in the right direction. There will be a lot of speed breaker on the way, some roadways to take and a real risk of gas spillage.
But when you decide to continue and are also ready to go despite the initial rough stretch, you find yourself starting to automatically change gear and soon you have to go ahead.
Jigsaw folded easily will begin to fall in place and you will begin to think about how you might have considered this difficult at all.
So, the first step is to realize that although change does not necessarily have to be a painful process, sometimes it can be. But if you have the strength and courage to go through the first pain, reward can be tremendous – truly life-threatening.
Keep an image of a snowball in mind. All you have to do is roll a little ball off the snow down the hill, in a certain direction. As the ball rolls down, it accumulates even more snow and momentum. The result may have been a giant snowball that descended on the hill and can knock down something in its path or perhaps even avalanche.
