Organizational Intelligence, Language and Stress

Recently, I was reading a website about the planning of information and one interesting category made me think. When you talked about blocks for good movement movements, it was found to remove the planning of foolishness. "Then foolishness is so:" foolishness is not making errors, foolishness is repeating them. "The quality of wisdom can be strong. need to keep in mind.

For a group of people who think of themselves in terms of knowledge, talent and mysterious curiosity, I assume that this language is all good and fine. The problem I have seen with this language – and this does not mean that we have better, although it can pay to begin to view – this language is moralized in a way that does not maximize our entire team potential. The own response is either something like Joseph Campbell used to say, "What good guy am I "or an answer like" If I make a mistake, it must be a stupid mistake, and I must not be intelligent at all ".

This may seem like a thin skin nitride card, but I come from the workplace where instead of creating the best possible solutions for a particular problem, we would protect against progress and claim that intelligence is not hip. I see this self-defense as a reaction, not only to shame others, but also to indulge in behavior. If we do not feel as if we are intelligent, qualified or good, then we are much more likely to respond to ourselves or to respond to heating, and not only to respond to the concept of competence that we may or may not have, but to complete. an identity that will avoid taking on such practices for fear of looking awkward, irrational or stupid to others like ourselves.

Dynamic identity and how others perceive you, which are often important in organizational roles, can be the place of great certainty, evolution or well-developed skills. Self-image and how others perceive you, according to Reuven Bar-On et al. & # 39; Teaching emotional intelligence is an important emotional intelligence. But competence / incompetence, intelligence / stupidity, and the like can be loaded with terms.

How many of us want to look stupid, even slightly? If we think of ourselves as stupid, when we are not in contact with us or others & # 39; a sense of feeling?

In my opinion, the use of the term stupid, like intelligence, is moral. Stupid is equivalent to shaming. Payment is equivalent to a prize. Permissible, there are other ways to look at these terms and thick skin is chosen for sensitivity, except when it comes to emotional feelings and compassion, both the ability of emotional information. One of the strong views I share with Bar-on, Daniel Goleman, Howard Gardner and others who have struggled to find language for our best potential and the obstacles that come in the way is that we can all learn some of these skills. We can be naturally more efficient in EI or OI skills than others, whether due to genes or early, supportive, nourishing environmental or early and frequent exercises – but I have a great deal of faith, trust and a lot of stories to suggest that we are all capable of learning more than we show.

Learning can independently be a factor closed with strong right / wrong thinking and perfection. If we already have a rational and linguistic framework that says it is complete and stupid, we build a shaming process or inherit it from the strong right / wrong effects early in life. who can disappear from us. Instead of starting things out with initial ideas and low expectations, we might declare an idea just to begin from the onset of failure.

What about stress? I was thinking about the Energy Agency of the website using the word "stupid" and how annoying it is to be around people who have built up self-defense for learning to be a fundamental threat. And can I tell you that I have been around an organizational environment to protect myself from tackling whether they can learn or fail or fail? – Be very resistant to change. This resistance in the light of a better idea is very annoying. Bust strives to express themselves and the easiest thing to do is to reach a time that justifies the moment, like a stupid one. "This is very stupid". "Stupid, stupid, stupid." Ah, I feel better! I'm finishing work on stress.

Stress problems lie under all of these issues. Since self-esteem problems exist, stress problems are present. Pushing the pressure into a severe stress environment or condition, and the self becomes very vulnerable and self-assessment problems become important. Since intellectual dissonance is present from the way I perceive myself (self-image) against the way others perceive me, stress and less stress are also present. Where someone calls me stupid doesn't matter how good I am by ignoring that person, how good I am to control my emotions, how good I am to control the feelings of my emotions – emotional abilities – my flow resistance is temporarily reduced, would pay to get a way to recognize and improve understanding and with a relaxed behavior, physiologically – for that.
