Everyone has days when they are stressed and overwhelmed; times when there is too much to do and too little time to do it. If you are stressed, ask yourself if everything really is as urgent as your stress is.
* What is the worst thing that could happen? * Would it really be so bad, or are you horrible?
What did you do when you have too much on the album and streams raise your head? When you have a rough day and there is a lot to do and very little time to do, do you despair?
You don't have to give feelings about violence or panic, it's a solution.
"The field criterion is small. It only takes one problem at a time. Antoine de Saint-Exupery"
Just think of that quote for a moment. It is a great idea of how to deal with stress.
Mile after mile, life is trial. Garden to the garden, life is difficult. But inch by inch, life is small!
You can use this truth to help you deal with your overflowing disk and achieve what seems impossible. Make a list of all the things you need to do today and take them one by one.
Start by shortening your list.
* Delegate what someone else could do * Remove things that don't really have to do today from your list
Now take what will only take a few minutes, you'll soon be able to shorten your list and quick results and will help you feel like you're getting something.
Once you've done that, deal with the most important and work until it's done. Then deal with the next important thing. Focus on one thing at a time and congratulate each time you review something from your list.
Success comes from taking one step at a time. When you put yourself in the short term realistic goals you set the ground for success and begin to eliminate stress. When you have a realistic plan and know that you have a good chance of success, you find it easier to be motivated.
When your goals are realistic and you think you can do something, you will find it easier to succeed. If you think you can't, or you don't think you have the opportunity to do what you need to do, you've lost before you even start.
If you want to overcome overcrowding and lead to stress free life, put realistic short-term goals to help you achieve what needs to be done without being overwhelmed.
The key to a successful, yet stress-free life is to stretch yourself a little and step outside your comfort zone and claim that you can and remember that
"Rest is not idle and sometimes lying on the grass under trees for the summer , listening to the waters of the water, or watching the clouds float over the sky, is not at all a waste of time. "J. Lubbock
