Humanity has many needs for existence, but I believe that the "importance of feelings" is one of the basic needs of food, clothing and shelter. This basic feeling allows us to love and acknowledge. In my opinion, all advances in human history have come about because of this need.
We all have this inner desire to be important in society. We continue to demand and achieve more results because of this fundamental need. When someone tells us or our work, we feel proud. We get this feeling that we are important. This feeling can not be put into words, but I'm sure you've experienced it. There is a sense of pleasure and joy.
People's lifestyle has changed when someone is linked to them. They are very successful because they felt they are important. For example; Charles Dickens was a brave writer in his early days. He wrote daily for many years, but no one liked or published his work. But one day, the publisher wrote his work, and Charles turned around. He became one of the most popular English historians.
As we know, children need parents or anybody. If they do not get attention, they start to misbehaving or crying. No matter the feeling that adults aspire to. I have noticed that wise people always tell each other, but not so wise; try to humiliate each other in the public.
There is a tendency for people to judge people and prove it wrong. This type of behavior is destructive society. Some learn to change the way they look at people, but most people never realize their destructive behavior.
Research has shown that motivating learning and leadership is more efficient than any other style. I read a story about a little boy who was in the 5th grade but could not read correctly. Parents and teachers tried to help him everywhere, but his reading skills did not improve much.
Once a new teacher started working at this school, she was awarded in grade 5. When she noticed that a guy can not read properly; She wanted to encourage him. She found out all about this boy, and she knew that verbal motivation would not work. She made little children in the 5th grade and offered all school teachers. Cut prizes to children for their success. She gave the most better reader award to this little boy. After that, this boy started reading strictly and really improved the reader at school.
Below are some key human desires that I believe believe in this sense of importance:
• Large-scale job.
• Start your own business.
• Save money.
• Buy big tickets (big houses, cars, etc.).
• Look better.
• Do you want to be loved?
I was making a broadcast for a couple of weeks and was discussing this topic. I was trying to do what we need to encourage and help each other feel important. A man called the show and he was upset with me. He said we need to point out each other in a hurry, so we can get better. He told his story that he helped so many in his life, but never received gratitude. He left for 15 minutes for his success.
After the call, I told the audience that this was a perfect example of the need for importance. This person would have a sense of importance, but nobody ever acknowledged his work and contribution. If we start to list each other, a list is never complete.
I do not say we need to care for self-esteem. Instead, I say we need to foster the importance of others in our lives. Self-assessment is destructive, but the importance of others is constructive. It is based on better human relations, encourages people to do something special about their lives and bring happiness to our lives.
We have people everywhere around us who are struggling with their lives. We can do a little act to make them important. We can evaluate their existence in our society. Any act or sentence can change someone's life. Think about it !!
Actions to take.
As you know everything, "reap what we saw". Let's all try to help each other find important and find a way to get over ourselves. Make a conscious decision about:
• Look for someone who is good at every person you communicate with.
• Do not talk to anyone badly.
• Always keep the person dependent on each other.
Try this for 30 days, and I'm sure you'll reap what you saw.
