Coding, addiction and emptiness

Empathy is a common sense, and there are different types of emptiness, but it Psychological Empathy based on context and addiction. Unemployment affects your relationship with life, psychological empathy deals with your relationship with yourself. It is associated with depression (A) and is very related to shame.

Depression can be accompanied by a variety of symptoms, including sadness and crying, anxiety or restlessness, shame or guilt, siblings, fatigue, loss of appetite, insomnia, poor concentration, suicidal thoughts and voids.

Except emptiness

Comprehensive empathy is a comprehensive response to human condition – how we find personal meaning in the face of ultimate existence. It is related to "philosopherism" called philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre, taking away nihilism and abolishing society after the world war. He described nausea and emptiness to live in a lonely, godless and pointless universe. It is primarily concerned with social sales, spiritual bankruptcy and our relationship with our lives, society and the world around us. This is not viewed as mental health problems and does not lead to depression.

Buddhism atrocity

Buddhists teach a great deal of emptiness, originating with Gautama Shakyamuni Buddha in 6 BC. The idea is very different from the usual meaning of the word. Therefore, rather be a painful emotional condition, its full implementation provides a method of ending pain and suffering and achieving enlightenment. The basic idea is that it is not necessarily self-evident. The Mahayana and Vajrayana schools go further to believe that the content of consciousness and object is also empty, which means that the phenomenon lacks a fundamental, physical existence and has only a relative's existence.

Causes of Psychological Emptyness

For code barriers, including addicts, their emptiness comes from parenting disorder, without adequate nutrition and compassion, given by psychiatrist James Masterson as dropout depression . (B) Codependents experience this to varying degrees. They suffer from self-esteem, isolation and shame that can be obscured by the behaviors of addictions, including denials, delusions, people's pleasure, control, caring, obsession, obsession and emotions such as anger and anxiety.

Prolonged failure to get adequate compassion and orgasm needs in childhood can have a significant impact on our self-esteem and belong to adulthood. Physical separation or emotional leave from parents in childhood affects how adults experience a single, complete relationship, death or other significant loss. Atheism, loneliness and / or emptiness can be embarrased and vice versa. Often these early deficiencies are worsened with additional shock, abuse and abandonment later in adolescence and adult relationships. After damage, we can find that the world has died, symbolizing the symbolic death of our mother or self, and observes the feelings of emptiness and nothing.

Looking for healing through addiction and others only provides temporary relief of emptiness and depression and further extends us from ourselves and solution. This trend ceases to work when passion for new communication or addictive hair. We are disappointed; our needs remain unchanged; and loneliness, empathy and depression again. We could long search for the first passionate, vibrant relationship. Intolerable anxiety and empathy increase when we try to relieve addictive relationships when we are alone or when we stop trying to help, engage, or change someone else. Losing and receiving our powerlessness towards others can trigger the same emptiness that addicts experience while giving up drugs or addiction.

Shame and emptiness

Prolonged shame is associated with psychological emptiness, whether it is like restlessness, void or hunger to fill it. Some felt it silent, no matter, meaninglessness or constant under pressure, and others feel this feeling on a regular basis – unclear or basically, usually causing acute shame or loss. Many areas of activity include "deep inner hell, often unconceived and unnamable", "destructive black holes", which, when contradicted by the hole and their empty human being, create a divided self, "massive despair and the feeling of broken reality." (C) Addicts and coders often find this depression when they stop addiction, including even closing a close relationship. Same, guilty, doubtful and little self-esteem usually the unity of the institution, abandoned and rejected.

International shame from childhood protection and separation – as shown in photographs I wrote in 14: "Nevertheless, a man is sentenced. His punishment is what others see. Every movement is judged and then a form of form, but the man is lonely creature. "" The image "refers to the self-esteem, which is embarrassed and lonely. So when we are alone or inactive, we can quickly fill our emptiness with obsession, imagination, or negative thinking and self-esteem. We can identify loneliness and unacceptable love for our unworthiness and unlovability. This assumes that if we were different or did not make mistakes, we would not have been abandoned or returned. If we act to isolate more, shame can be increased, along with depression, emptiness and loneliness. It's a self-esteem, vicious circle.

Furthermore, self-help and lack of independence reject access to our actual self and the ability to demonstrate our possibilities and wishes, and further confirms the belief that we can not direct our lives. We lose joy, self-confidence, pride and perceive our hearts and # 39; desire. This strengthens our depression, emptiness and hopeless belief that things will never change and no one will annoy.

The Solution

Whether we have existence or psychological emptiness, the solution begins with reality that emptiness is both inevitable and incomplete from the outside. We humbly and courageously take responsibility for ourselves, live automatically and become who we are – the true self. This gradually cures coding ability and is antidote to depression, emptiness and neglect resulting from living for and with others.
