Five simple steps for simple stress expansion

Everybody has to deal with stress at one time or another. And in some way, this is not bad. Stress keeps us at the top of our game. If we did not care, or did not get to work, turn off new friends or learn a new project, we're never keen to go outside the hugging area and oh how terrible life would be!

Although a little stress is a great booster, too much stress can make us sick both in body and spirit. If you experience excessive effort, try these simple stresses.

Tip # 1: Exercise Regularly

If you have a long day, a treadmill or aerobics is probably the last one you want to deal with. However, before returning to your sofa, keep in mind that exercise is a great way to turn off steam if you have a hard day. The exercise also flows through the brain with neurotransmitters that increase your sense of well-being. And since many emphasize the size and shape of their bodies, following a regular exercise program can relieve this source of tension.

Tip # 2: Not Binge Drink

It's ok to have a glass of wine or beer in the evening. Latest research suggests that it might even be good for you – but not drinking to indicate drug abuse. It can temporarily ease the stress you feel, but since alcohol is an antidepressant, you only feel in the long run. And if you thought your boss was hard to handle before, imagine what he will be when you have a baby store.

Tip # 3: Use all your senses

An old cliché reminds us that "take time to smell the flowers." Even though the collection of roses is not your thing, the spirit of the council is right. Sometimes in this rush, rushing, rushing world, we live so much in our heads that we only forget about our bodies until any pain or pain reminds us. Take time to enjoy soothing massage, soak in a hot water bath, savor a delicious meal, light candle and use the smell, or appreciate the emotion of the brown ears of the dog under your fingers. Whatever you love to do, whether you're watching TV, playing video games, writing a diary or going for a long walk on a beautiful trail, do the best to make time for it. Participating in activities you love is part of what makes life worthwhile.

Tip no. 5: Keep a Taste Book
