In order to better understand, it is good to understand that there are different stress levels. These levels differ in the form of stress they take and they can often give an indication of how to treat stress. Furthermore, tests are available that can help people understand their own, specific type of stress, and with this knowledge they can also understand better. Then, with this information, you can build a complete stress management method. When you examine your own stress, keep in mind that these stresses are in mind so that you can handle yourself and learn the right methods to keep your mind calm.
These stresses were found and characterized by dr. Hans Selye and Dr. Richard Earle from the Canadian Agency for Stress. Thus there are names and their genres.
Type 1 – The Speed Freak
This stress level is characterized by the infinite need to give 110% at all times. They are often perfectionists, they tend to talk quickly and they are very impatient. In general, Speed Freaks have learned that working hard to succeed, they find that if they are working hard all the time, they are sure to be successful. This is of course not necessarily the case, since the race is full all the time will only lead to stress on minor issues.
Speed Freaks need to learn how to relax and they need to clarify their goals so that they will work hard on what matters, but relax while they are working on more mundane tasks. By doing this, they can go fast when they need to put an effort and save energy at rest.
Type 2 – The Worry Wart
The concern stress is characterized by the ability to stop thinking but equally the ability to put thoughts into practice. They tend to above things because they are paralyzed. Thus, they simply finish turning their wheels as they get nowhere. Careful muscles are true to the name and tend to spend a lot of time worrying about it and this only understands them still inoperable.
Concerned warts need to think very carefully about the problems they face, write down all possible things that can go wrong, think about how likely this event is. Then, when all is treated with philosophical distance, the concern will decrease and carefree things can be done towards their goals.
Type 3 – The Drifter
Drifters are people who hold so many possibilities that they can really develop every skill in depth. Instead of focusing on their energies on certain goals of life, they end up working on a variety of tasks so that none of them actually exists. Thus, their times are permanent, but their times rarely produce anything concrete. In fact, they create a paradox of full freedom as they are fixed with their own ability to use this freedom effectively.
Drifters need to explain the goals of their lives, emphasize things that enable them to respect and try to build a life that's open for more than just work. Once they have the place to direct their efforts, they can pour out all the surfers they surround themselves with.
Type 4 – The Loner
This stress factor is identified because Loners can not create critical relationships with others. This stems from the fact that they generally work alone, so they do not receive much feedback from others. So rather than building relationships that can help them, they tend to crawl and keep other people out of it. Thus, they will be unable to find out what they enjoy and who enjoy doing so by avoiding collective experience with others.
Loners should try to clarify their own values and then work together to create relationships with people who share these values, giving Loners the means to achieve their goals. This will give them both the purpose and support structure that can help them succeed for that purpose.
Type 5 – Basketball
This load is very dangerous as a basketball creates your own energy crisis. Instead of taking care of themselves, they tend to be achy, depression and often decide that activities are simply too much effort. They are often in poor health and their own tiredness and depression make it hard to do anything about it.
Basketball needs to start eating right to start the cure. Then, after a few weeks, they should start practicing. Then, when they have a little more energy, they need to learn how to conserve energy by pause while on work and not to prolong.
Type 6 – Cliff Walkers
Cliff Walkers are people who are at risk of destroying their health. They tend to look, they often smoke, eat badly, drink too much and rarely practice. However, usually they do not usually get bad from their bad habits, causing them even more harm. Thus, they tend to have trouble maintaining their energy
The treatment of Cliff Walkers is the same as for basketball. Eat right, start an exercise plan, then you learn to save energy so that they are not always worn out.
By understanding stress, people can not only learn more about themselves, but also learn how to succeed. Then, when an individual strain of a particular kind is treated correctly, the very personal personality, once burdened, may become a blessing. Learning about stress can really help people achieve their goals.
