Understanding Stress Stages

Type 1 – The Speed ​​Freak

This stress level is characterized by the infinite need to give 110% at all times. They are often perfectionists, they tend to talk quickly and they are very impatient. In general, Speed ​​Freaks have learned that working hard to succeed, they find that if they are working hard all the time, they are sure to be successful. This is of course not necessarily the case, since the race is full all the time will only lead to stress on minor issues.

Speed ​​Freaks need to learn how to relax and they need to clarify their goals so that they will work hard on what matters, but relax while they are working on more mundane tasks. By doing this, they can go fast when they need to put an effort and save energy at rest.

Type 2 – The Worry Wart

The concern stress is characterized by the ability to stop thinking but equally the ability to put thoughts into practice. They tend to above things because they are paralyzed. Thus, they simply finish turning their wheels as they get nowhere. Type 4 – The Loner

This stress factor is identified because Loners can not create critical relationships with others. This stems from the fact that they generally work alone, so they do not receive much feedback from others. So rather than building relationships that can help them, they tend to crawl and keep other people out of it. Thus, they will be unable to find out what they enjoy and who enjoy doing so by avoiding collective experience with others.

Loners should try to clarify their own values ​​and then work together to create relationships with people who share these values, giving Loners the means to achieve their goals. This will give them both the purpose and support structure that can help them succeed for that purpose.

Type 5 – Basketball

This load is very dangerous as a basketball creates your own energy crisis. Instead of taking care of themselves, they tend to be achy, depression and often decide that activities are simply too much effort. They are often in poor health and their own tiredness and depression make it hard to do anything about it.

Basketball needs to start eating right to start the cure. Then, after a few weeks, they should start practicing. Then, when they have a little more energy, they need to learn how to conserve energy by pause while on work and not to prolong.

Type 6 – Cliff Walkers

Cliff Walkers are people who are at risk of destroying their health. They tend to look, they often smoke, eat badly, drink too much and rarely practice.
