If you're one of those people who just do not care about themselves, you're probably thinking that it's not a good idea to get yourself better. In your eyes, there's just nothing to do with. Well, this is not the case, and you're not believing now, but once you've done this, you'll be ready to design your own reform master plan for 2011.
Let's start all the bad things first. You are of course your own worse reviewer. So before, this will not be the first time you've let go apart, but it might be the first time you pull yourself down.
There are two things you need to emphasize here. One is what you can change, and those you can not, at least not unless you have tons of money.
What You Can Change:
You can change your appearance to a point. You can do something great with your hair, but the odds are not that you do not want to draw attention to yourself. Okay, so in the future and your self-esteem, look at the internet at least and find the hair that you think is great.
You may have weight problems and there is something you can change in time but we have to deal with here and now. Working with colors and really colors can go a long way in building your self-esteem that enables you to work for yourself.
Remember one when it comes to your layout. Dark colors do something back and light colors bring them forward. So if you have a stomach it's a little big, dark colors are needed. If you have pretty good legs, light colors are chosen. Another thing to remember is to not create a contrast, with your colors. You need to create a flow with the colors as they are going to work best for you.
One step at a time:
You did not get into this low self-esteem person overnight. You are not going to be self-sufficient overnight either. Just select one thing you want to build your trust on and go for it. Keep working until you reach the goal. Then go next and next. You are going to find it by following this self-esteem self-esteem to grow like a snowball.
