Beyond Addictions to Health, it's not about willpower

As we all know, many in our country are suffering from obesity and major health problems. It is interesting to investigate this in terms of intent.

When you eat too much or eat trash, your intention is to control. The man uses food to suppress pain – to control not to feel painful emotions.

Wounded Self: Control Over to Prevent Emotional Pain

While most people would say that their health is important to them and they might even say that without their health they have nothing, often something else is even more important. over to avoid emotional pain.

Health problems can certainly come from a variety of causes, but drug abuse, such as heredity, high levels of violence, contaminated air or accidents. But prolonged and degenerative diseases such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes and autoimmune diseases are often the result of abuse of food, nicotine, drugs or alcohol.

If a man says he or she wants to be healthy but continues to eat badly, drink too much, smoke or take dangerous drugs, obviously that part of this person is in charge of their choice more interest in avoiding feelings than to be healthy

Our wound is always more interested in avoiding pain than loving self-defense. This is the wound itself – our part who wants to control being safe from pain. One of the reasons why we have so much obesity and chronic health problems is because in most cases the wound itself is in charge.

I was a sick child and I hated being sick. At the beginning of the twentieth I discovered the nutrition and began to eat in a very healthy way. But because I did not have a loving adult who managed my eating habits, it was good to eat well. I would write down all that I ate in the hope of gaining control of sugar and carbohydrate addiction. I would go from one diet to another in hopes of losing weight and being thin. I left the weight clinic to burden a doctor to find the magic that would give me control over my weight and health. I would eat well for a while, and then suddenly I would binge on sugar and trash. I just could not feel the desire to eat well.

Beyond Will Power To True Power

This lasted for many years until Andi bought us Inner Work and I started developing my loving adult. Now I know that the continuous and healthy work of Inner Bonding will always evolve plenty of loving adults to see more about health than to avoid pain. Now I know learning how to control and learn from painful emotions is the key to weight loss and health.

It's not about power. The wound itself makes it difficult to control the use of power, but it is always missing. It's about true power – the power of the Higher Self that comes through when you have a strong intention to learn what creates health and well-being.

Each of us needs to decide which one is more important – avoid pain with our various drugs or seek excellent health. When you make the deep decision to create a healthy body for your beautiful essence to live in is important to you, you will discover the power that comes from the spirit, the power that allows you to skip drugs, eat healthy healthy foods, and get daily practice.

Ask yourself what's more important to you – avoid pain or create excellent health? If you find yourself using drugs, you might want to explore why avoiding pain is more important than health and well-being.
