Stress can cause us to lose sight. Abrahams-Hicks's teachings can help bring it back. Abraham, if you do not know, are (yes, plural!) A group of unconventional beings who share their wisdom with us by talking through Esther Hicks. They have a lot to say about the need to feel good.
Indeed, they said: "Most importantly, you are feeling well." I take it to mean that if you do, everything else will fall down. Abraham also provides us with endless collection of tools to help with that challenging task. If you want to learn more, you could buy one of their books. I especially love both asking and it's given and money and the law of attraction. Here are some of Abraham's methods:
a) What feeling feels better
In tension or unhappiness, ask yourself: "What a feeling better?" Always reach the next better thought, they say. This is not too difficult, especially when you have some exercise. Example: I am very focused on all these accounts. Better: I'm grateful for the services these people gave me (including credit card payments).
Why not reach the thought from the beginning? Why not go all the way? Why not think "I'm so happy to be a debtless millionaire!" Would not it be even more effective?
The answer is no – because it is not possible. Have you ever noticed that when you feel demented, do you find cheerful people very annoying? That's why. If you feel sad, you need to go a little bit better. Then it's still better still. And so on until you're where you want to be.
b) Positive aspects: No matter how dreary you feel, you can always find something positive about almost everything. Make a list.
c) What do you want? Instead of complaining about what you do not like your life, focus on what you want.
Do not whine of will but not have enough money. Focus on how to get more. Think about how well it will be when you have more. According to Abraham, the universe does not understand "no". So if you say "I do not want to work so much." It hears "work so much," and gives you more work you do not like.
Focus on what kind of work you want. Include detail. Reasonable hours, friendly colleagues, grateful boss and customers and outstanding salary. And the universe will bring you more of these things.
