As fast as you can, create a list of at least 20 ways you can care and take care of yourself. Be creative! Think of what would please you amazingly or simply help you find pleasure in a few minutes. Think of what would help you to be quiet, have inner peace or just have fun!
Remember time most pleasure, happiness and joy in your life. Whatever you were doing could then contribute to personal peace, love, pleasure and less stress now. What would make you feel good about yourself and your life? What would support you physically, emotionally, spiritually, spiritually?
