Stress Management 101

at 6:30 and your alarm goes off. You open your eyes and drag you out of bed. You make your morning meal and while you have breakfast, drop hot coffee about you and your spouse. The day begins. You suddenly make your children a breakfast in the hope that they will not be late at school today. Shit! You forgot about it at 8:00 in the office. You almost kick the kids out to school and fly to the car and head over your Golden Retriever, which is always in the wrong place at the wrong time. It's 7:50, and you're finally in the car with fifteen minutes to get to work during the laundry. Speed ​​up torture troughs from suburbs to downtown, and you're in your office, late to the meeting, as always.

After a long day between politics, annoying colleges and irrevocable management jobs, you're finally created the day after three hours of overtime and come home with migraines. Finally, you can patch in front of the TV … immediately after you have completed the stack of accounts. Hours of meaningless issues take place and you go to sleep at 12:30; angry, tired and stressed. It's at 6:30 and your alarm goes off … and you get the drill.

Information about the story above could not fully describe your situation, of course. You may not work in an office, or have children, or you may not have to rush daily in the city center. However, if you read this article, there is a likelihood that you may probably refer to the basic feelings that it provides. There is one word that describes it – stress, and most of us are all too familiar with it. The effects on stress vary from person to person, but they all have the same effect; They make us feel uneasy, anxious, nervous and in a single word – stressed. For many of us, stress is a compassionate companion in our daily lives, and there are different situations, whether at work, at home, school or elsewhere.

In fact, stress is not the real culprit here as much as our ability to cope with it. It is our response to stress that defines whether we live our lives unchanged of stress or whether we get into it and live in living hell.

Reducing stress and achieving relaxation is more about knowing how to deal with stress rather than eliminate it altogether. This is because no matter what we do, there will always be stressful situations to challenge us. It is our attitude and perception of these stressful events that determine whether we will suffer, stay unchanged or even benefit from them.

The first step towards achieving relaxation and getting rid of stress is to realize and accept the fact that most stress is unavoidable. Although certain stress conditions can be avoided, it is much harder, if not impossible for most of us, to avoid stress as well. Nevertheless, it is perfectly possible to live your life in the state of relaxation, happiness and pleasure, even though it is full of the very same events that were used to emphasize you.
