To get started on self-sufficiency is very important to be aware of your circumstances. If you really want to change, you must understand where you come from.
Take a close look at your life
Take the time to sit down and look deep on your life. Find pen and paper and write down where you are now in certain areas of your life. Not many do this simply because it's often too difficult to look deep into yourself and really realize that life is going as it should.
Sit down, sometimes with something to drink and think very hard about where you are.
- How is your relationship?
- Want to sleep too much?
- How is your financial position?
- Are you overweight?
- How are you working?
- How is your life?
Exactly where you are now now in as many areas of your life as you can imagine.
Turn on the phone and concentrate only on doing this.
Be Honest with You
The most important thing when you do this is to be perfectly honest with yourself. You really need to be honest, do not deceive you. How would you expect to solve a situation or problem if you do not recognize that there is one or how big it is?
How can you improve your financial position if you do not know it first?
It's important to be 100% honest with yourself. This is the hardest part about it. Nobody likes to admit that they do not live up to their potential and resist it. But to continue, it's honest to see where you are now.
Beginning of the Transformation
Once you've discovered where you are, you can define the area you want to add first. There may be a lot of things you want to do better and it's a great step as you understand it. To even realize that you can do something about it, it's more than 90% of the world. Again it's time to sit down with a pen and paper and then figure out exactly what it's that you want.
The goal is important to creating the life you want.
If you have trouble starting because everything seems difficult, start little. Everything is a skill that has to be learned, and it is self-esteem. You do not start with a 200 lb bench-short, you're working on it. So if necessary you can even start as little as your sleeping plan. If you get up late today set the goal to wake up sooner. Set your alarm earlier every day until you wake up at the appropriate time.
The most important thing is to take action. Personal growth is never easy but it's worth it, so do not stop now, keep on going. Start where you think you can see and work up. But start now! Come on and you already start the transition. You have started the way to self-help.
