Everyone needs effective management of stress. Easy to learn and easy to implement, you can use them for your own stress management or teach them to help others manage them.

1. Make the stress of your friend
Admit that stress is good and make stress your friend! Based on physical nature "fight or flight" reaction, this burst of energy will increase your performance on time. I have yet to see the top athlete absolutely relaxed for a big race. Use stress wisely to push you a little more difficult when it matters most.
2. Stress is contagious
Stressed people sneeze stress tissue indiscriminately and before you know it, you are also infected with fluid infections too!
Protect yourself from stress relief by acknowledging stress in others and limiting contact with them. Or if you have the price increase, play a stress doctor and teach them how to control their stress better.
3. Copy good stress managers
When people around are losing their heads, who keep their peace? What are they doing differently? What is their attitude? What languages do they use? Are they trained and experienced?
Lay it out of the distance or put it to a chat. Learn from the best stress managers and copy what they do.
4. Use great breathing.
You can close the body to relax with extreme breathing. Breathe slowly to 7, then turn out for number 11. Repeat 7-11 breathing until heart rate slows, sweat your plots dry and things begin to feel more normal.
5. Stop squeezing trains
You can tamper yourself with stressbreakers. "If this happens, that might happen and we're all up in the stream!" Most of these things never happen, so why waste all the energy that is unnecessary to worry about?
Give stress-thinking red light and stop them in the songs. Ok so it might go wrong – how likely is it and what can you do to prevent it?
6. White Stress Hot Spot and Turn Points
Presentations, interviews, meetings, black reactions, fixed time limits … My heart rate is just swinging to write it down!
Create your own list of conflict points or hot spots. Be special. Are there only promotions for certain audiences that make you work out? Does one task carry more stress than another? Have you drank too much coffee?
Knowing what causes stress is powerful information, as you can take action to make it less stressful. Need to learn new skills? Do you need extra funding? Need to switch to caffeine coffee?
7. Eat, drink, sleep and be happy!
Lack of sleep, poor diet and no movement causes destruction of our body and mind. Probably obvious, but it is worth mentioning what it is often ignored as stress management technology. Listen to your mother and do not burn candles at both ends!
