Your anxiety is the result of excessive negative circumstances.

Consider the following examples. Its entertainment and you have not switched your home alarm yet or locked all the outside door. You go to lock them one at a time. While viewing one of the doors, think that you hear something outside and decide to investigate. Turn off the interior lights, looking to see who's there. Vision deficiency creates a warning reaction consisting of: – abdominal tension, resulting in respiratory tract, followed by oxygen deficiency, wide open eyes, tension and neck muscles and so on; Uncomfortable response to perceived threatening condition.

It suddenly comes to mind that criminals are opportunistic funds and usually if criminals know that someone is on them, they usually just go on. You double check your mobile phone to make sure it's working and disabling reality. You were up to be afraid of the outside world, so now it does not take much to despair you.

In such cases, or of course, "symptomatic treatment" is appropriate because the stress reaction is just hyperactivity flowing from negative emotional conditions. "Stress management" usually addresses these symptoms, providing relief symptoms – see the beautiful beach, relax the abdomen, breathe deeply, add oxygen, lower eyelid, relax shoulder and neck muscles, and so on.

All that's fine as long as there's no real danger. But what if the situation is really dangerous? In this case, the warning response, the fear, your friend, is in a sense, and is intended to take self-defense. In actual crises, it's really a problem, and the problem has to be addressed.

Let's go back to "noise outside". Let's say the neighborhood you live in has recently received a few invasions and you're home alone. Imagine that you forgot to lock the front door So the process could be like this:

1. Breathe deeply, get back together, get back and panic.
2. Ask yourself: Is the problem real?
3. Think about what preparation you have done in advance, such as security equipment, close-up, mobile phone near you.
4. Take appropriate action.

In fact, you are dealing with and mitigating the actual risk or "risk" by taking action in connection with the threat. This helps to solve stress.
