I mean Joe in many ways, but I very quickly draw a line of sand when it comes to hearing about integrity.

When I see someone lying, cheating and stealing, they act like they help me when I'm actually relieving my money while wearing the glue, I'm going crazy.

There are no excuse for wrongdoing. I could really see if your friends, fat cats or even your grandmother are doing it. To justify injustice is to say that everyone else is killing people they do not like so it must be good for me to kill people too.

I have no interest in becoming a millionaire at the expense of others. I do not want to sit in my house who thinks all my gold coins alone because I'm so despicable that nobody wants to be around me.

I've spent a good part of my life learning self-esteem so I can become a better person than I already am. It is as Alexander Pope has said, "Know yourself, assume that God is not scanning. A proper study of humanity is a man." If there is one person, I want to be honest with it myself.

When I train on the YMCA on the treadmill, I take my binder with personal quotes that are important to me and my growth.

Many people experience professional growth by approaching degrees, attending courses and training and reading professional magazines. I've had professional growth, but I'm more interested in personal growth, good growth that challenges my thinking process and belief systems to encourage change for the better.

My own thoughts and feelings are the cause of all my problems, not the world or the people in it.
