I am really fond of reading self-help books, as I have seen the dramatic consequences of these books on my own lives. My personal favorites include Anthony Robbins, Jack Canfield, Brian Tracy, Joel Osteen, Paul McEnna and Robert Kiyosaki. All of these authors are part of my shelf. Some of my terrible friends ask me about the benefits of reading all these books. Questions and comments like "can not you get ahead of life without these books?" Egypt "is it necessary to spend time reading these books?" are rather frequent. Some even go to the point of saying that it's all crap and even they can write a motivation book.
But I have seen that people who refuse to accept the need for self-help books are mostly living monotonous and boring lives and are cynical about life. They are frustrated and derailed, although some of them have accumulated a lot of money. So, before I declare the importance and impact of these books, texts and incentives, I want to shed light on the theory of the positive energy of the universe. Lots of people and recently Lynda Byrnes of "The Secret" fame has realized the value of this positive energy in our lives.
The source of positive energy can be the universe, the sunlight, amazingly beautiful nature, fresh breeze, sea bird, smile, beautiful face or even inspiring positive thoughts. This positive energy cleans the "dust, darkness, and darkness" that is present inside you and prepares positive, healthy and pleasant thinking. Yoga is also a wonderful well-being, as breathing methods are used to create positive energy in our bodies to heal their wickedness and keep it healthy and glowing. Yoga experts also relate to negative energy with many diseases and the most common of them are skin diseases, depression and hypertension. Skin diseases have found their best medicine in yoga rather than using unsuccessful meningitis, which cause allergies to grow and further reduce our misery. It also leads to asthma. It has been shown that the treatment of skin diseases is best with Yoga respiratory procedures.
Our current topic is not dedicated to Yoga; It is doing with self-help books. We have been trying to make a lot of buzz about the material gains in our lives, but our souls are hurt and hurt. Our society or governments do not provide treatment for those unhealthy wounds. The irony of our times is that our parents and families are so busy with their own affairs that they can not owe some precious time and attention to understanding our issues, suggest the right way and heal the wounds and bruises of the soul infected with the cruel world of our endless search for good results. We need Messiah, a supervisor, a specialist and a counselor, who can understand our problems and point us to the correct path. He should also be able to cure some painful memories that are hidden in our subconscious mind. Without it, we will continue to live a life of misery, regardless of how much money we have.
